Adult Programs

The Vista Grande Public Library provides a variety of programs for adults, all of which are open to the public without charge.  Unless otherwise indicated, these events take place at the Library on Avenida Torreon.

The Library hosts a series of evening programs, usually on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM.  Many of these programs are author talks, providing the opportunity for readings, presentations, and discussion.  Some authors may participate with book sales and signings.

You are encouraged to come by and join in these programs.  We hope to see you there!

Vista Grande Public Library offers a wide variety of programming for adults of all ages, with priority given to programs that:
  • promote reading, literacy, and the dissemination of information
  • promote the appreciation of culture and the arts
  • enhance cultural and leisure activities
  • champion the principle of intellectual freedom
  • inform the community about Library collections and services
  • preserve and teach about local history and the environment
  • cover issues of current local interest
All Library programs are free and open to the public.
